How long are we locked into our contract?
We don't have a contract of any kind. Meaning, your organization would not be "locked into" any agreement and would be free to cancel at any time. However, we currently boast a 98% retention rate, so we're confident that your organization will continue working with us!

What are my payment options?
For your convenience we invoice your organization once a month. Each invoice includes your monthly fee as well as the fees on all of your donation activity for that period. By default we automatically deduct your fees out of the provided bank account.

How will I receive my monthly invoices?
A notification that your invoice is available in the system is sent by email.

How do I change the bank routing and account number?
Your CRM can provide you a simple online form to update your information. Just reach out to them if you need to make a change.

Is e-giving risky?
Actually, electronic giving is significantly less risky than traditional contributions. Money or checks can be lost, stolen or destroyed in the mail and are handled by many people during processing. Electronic giving provides a direct contribution to the church without physical money exchanging hands. Our e-giving service is also completely secure, and we are PCI Level One compliant, which is the highest security certification in the industry.

How quickly is a donation processed?
Credit/debit donations are processed in 2-3 business days, and ACH donations are processed in 4-5 business days.

Which payment methods can we offer our contributors?
We process MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and ACH (checking/savings withdrawals).

Which Church Management programs will integrate with your e-giving service?
We integrate with Shelby, ACS, ParishSoft, PDS, PowerChurch, Revelations, Servant Keeper, Church Community Builder and any others that accept import of a .CSV (Excel) file.

What if we don’t have a website?
If you sign up for the Elite Plan, we can make a website for your organization with e-giving built in! Click here to learn more. If you don’t have a website, your organization can still use e-giving. Each organization gets an e-giving landing page complete with a personal web address. This address can be posted to your social media page(s) or provided to your members for e-giving access.

Will your system accomodate gifts from non-members?
Yes, it will.
